and Club Dallas at Las Colinas is a five-star resort and part of Four Seasons luxury hotels and resorts. Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas, the only AAA Five Diamond resort and club[1] in Texas, also offers a Tournament Players Club golf club that hosts the PGA Tour's annual HP Byron Nelson Championship. It is located just miles north of Dallas, in the hills of Irving, Texas.Opened in 1986, Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas is currently undergoing major renovations, which include improvements on the Cottonwood Valley Golf Course, construction of thirty four new guest villas, a family pool, a newly renovated casual restaurant and forty new luxury residential condominiums.[2] C. Frederick Wehba and BentleyForbes acquired the Four Seasons Resort in 2006. The resort was constructed with an 18-hole championship golf course

and a European-style spa, which offers 17 newly remodeled private service rooms. Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas currently houses 397 guest rooms, including 20 suites

and 90 rooms grouped in private villas.

As with most Four Seasons properties, Four Seasons Resort and Club is known for its services and amenities. Four Seasons Resort Golf Club, which offers the Byron Nelson Golf School, is one of only 30 Tournament Players Clubs (TPC) in the country and was designed with the consultation of Ben Crenshaw and Byron Nelson. Some other amenities include spa services, pool, and fitness facilities.
