With Congress discussing policies to limit corporate travel, USA Today reporter Barbara De Lollis was developing a story on the impact of such restrictions. Cipriani's, which relies on corporate groups and conventioneers, has seen its revenue decline 40% to 50% because the local Four Seasons, Marriott and Omni are emptier now.
